General Game season - 1st October - 1st February - we only shoot Woodcock from the 1st week of DECEMBER and we limit numbers of birds shot this iscompany policy from 2019 to protect our native birds

A fanatatstic Woodcock and snipe shoot with top wild duck form a number of ponds gives a thrilling days mixed shooting average woodcock lifts around 40-50 per day snipe Phew lots and lots. wild duck one pond not unusual to lift 3-400 all ponds fed weekly 3 bage of grian in each holds the birds and we just dont over shoot only 1 time per pond each fortnight.
